Gresham Street 25, London

A made-to-measure "city outfit". - Elegant lines and a perfect fit for superb urban style.

The finest cut for the "Tree House".
A top class company headquarters.

This unusual GIG project evoked comments such as "subtle urbanity in a marketing controlled world". At 25 Gresham Street, a noble address adjacent to the remains of the London Wall and within sight of St. Paul's, a GIG facade added a special sparkle to a well thought out head office building. Moreover facing panels made of Burlington slate served to lend the building its singular character.

GIG quality as an expression of value.

Subject to the stringent building regulations of the City of London, the building, with its striking details, blends in perfectly with its surroundings whilst simultaneously evoking a strong sense of modernity.
The multi-sectional glass and aluminium facades with their wealth of detail have a total area of almost 5.000 square metres.

First class teamwork and a top award.

Motivation, responsibility and quality-consciousness characterise the co-operation between GIG and their international clients. Above all, the resulting successes are reflected by the numerous contracts that GIG has completed with British Partners. 25 Gresham Street is a classic example in this regard: it won the "Slate Award" presented by the Stone Federation.
